E-Invoicing Services

E-Invoicing (Electronic Invoicing) is the digital process of creating, exchanging, and storing invoices in a structured electronic format that enables automated processing, validation, and real-time reporting; replacing traditional paper or PDF-based invoicing. The UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has introduced e-invoicing as a core pillar of the country’s digital tax transformation. Businesses are now required to issue invoices in a standardised electronic format, aligned with defined data structures, validation rules, and secure transmission protocols. Built on the internationally recognised PEPPOL 5-Corner Model, this framework enables secure invoice exchange through certified service providers, with real-time validation and reporting to the FTA. E-invoicing enhances transparency, reduces VAT fraud risk, improves compliance accuracy, and enables fully automated, digitally integrated financial processes.

Built on the internationally recognised PEPPOL Model, this framework enables secure invoice exchange through Accredited Service Providers (ASP), with real-time validation and reporting to the FTA.

E-invoicing is a step towards digitalisation. It enhances transparency, reduces VAT fraud risk, improves compliance accuracy, and enables fully automated, digitally integrated financial processes.

Preparing Your Business for UAE E-Invoicing

End-to-end e-invoicing advisory & implementation

UAE e-invoicing represents more than a change in invoice format or the introduction of new technology. It requires businesses to generate, exchange and report structured invoice data through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP), connecting tax compliance with finance, IT, procurement, sales and operational processes. While the ASP facilitates the validation and transmission of invoice data, responsibility for its accuracy, tax treatment and compliance remains with the business.

Sun Management Group helps organisations translate these regulatory and technical requirements into a practical implementation approach suited to their systems and operations. We act as the link between your internal teams, ERP or accounting-system provider and selected ASP, helping maintain clear coordination throughout the transition. Our approach is designed to minimise operational disruption, strengthen data and process controls, and establish an e-invoicing framework that remains reliable, compliant and manageable beyond implementation.

At Sun Management Group, we support businesses in adopting and integrating e-invoicing by connecting ERP systems with accredited service providers, ensuring full compliance and seamless execution.
