Mr. Sunil Jagetiya is the Co-founder and Chairman of Sun Management Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in corporate advisory, business structuring, governance, regulatory matters and strategic consulting. With qualifications in Law (LLB), Science (B.Sc.) and Advanced Accounting (ACCA–UK), he combines legal, commercial and financial perspectives in advising businesses and investors.
A founding member of Reanda International in the UAE and a Board Member of the global network, Sunil has played a key role in building Sun Management Group into a multidisciplinary professional services organisation. His expertise encompasses corporate restructuring and governance, Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore structures, regulatory advisory, cross-border expansion, market-entry strategies and engagement with government authorities across the UAE and GCC.

Mr. Avinash Jagetiya is the Co-founder, CEO and Managing Director of Sun Management Group and a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in audit, taxation, financial consulting and corporate advisory. His professional credentials include FCA, ACMA and FAIA, together with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting.
As President of Reanda International Network (Middle East), Avinash plays an active role in strengthening the Group’s international capabilities and cross-border professional services. His expertise spans audit and assurance, UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, international taxation, transfer pricing, business structuring, regulatory compliance, transaction advisory, due diligence and M&A structuring. Over the years, he has been instrumental in developing Sun Management Group into a comprehensive professional services firm serving SMEs, corporates and international investors, with a strong focus on delivering reliable advisory, compliance and tax solutions in the UAE.
