Pricing, Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: [02 September 2026]

1. Pricing

1.1 Our fees depend on each Client’s requirements, including the scope of work, delivery time, complexity and nature of business. We confirm the fee in a written quotation, proposal or engagement letter before you pay.

1.2 Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT at the applicable rate (currently 5%) will be added and shown on a tax invoice in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT.

1.3 Government fees, third-party charges and disbursements are not included in our fees unless stated in writing and are payable at cost.

1.4 Quotations are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices for new engagements at any time; agreed fees for confirmed engagement will not change without your written agreement.

2. Payment

2.1 We accept online payment by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in UAE Dirhams (AED) and US Dollars (USD), and bank transfer to our UAE bank account. We do not accept cash for services purchased through the Website.

2.2 If you pay in a currency other than your card’s currency, your card issuer may apply exchange rates and fees, for which we are not responsible.

2.3 Payments should be made by the Client or by an authorised person. Payments from a third party are accepted only after our approval and due diligence on the payer, as required by UAE AML law.

2.4 You will receive an electronic payment confirmation once your payment is processed. Please check your card statement: multiple postings for the same transaction may appear, and you should contact us if this happens so we can investigate.

2.5 We may request information on the source of funds for any payment. We may decline, hold or return any payment that cannot be verified, as described in Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cancellation and refund requests

3.1 Our consultancy and advisory fees are non-refundable after eight (8) hours from the time of the transaction.

3.2 Our customer service team will reply within three (3) working days. If the refund is approved, you will be asked to complete a refund request form and provide any documents we require to verify the request.

3.3 Approved refunds for services cancelled after payment through the payment gateway are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the amount paid, to cover non-recoverable processing charges.

3.4 Once work has started, refunds, if any, are limited to the value of work not yet performed, as set out in your engagement letter.

4. How refunds are paid

4.1 Approved refunds are processed within [15 to 20] working days of receiving all required documents. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or bank.

4.2 In line with UAE AML requirements and card scheme rules, refunds are made only to the original payment method and to the same card or account used for payment. We do not make refunds in cash, to a different card, or to a third party.

4.3 Funds credited to our account in error (for example, an overpayment or duplicate payment) are refunded under Section 4.1 and 4.2 after we receive a written request from the authorised person and the supporting documents we request. An administration fee of 5% applies.

4.4 Nothing in this Policy affects any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, including where a service was not provided or was not provided as agreed.

5. Refunds and AML or sanctions concerns

5.1 We may delay, withhold or decline a refund where:

  • we have not completed due diligence on the payer or the source of funds;
  • the request is unusual, for example a large overpayment followed by a refund request, or a request to refund to a different person or account;
  • the payer or recipient is a match or potential match on the UAE Local Terrorist List, the UN Consolidated List or another sanctions list we screen against;
  • we are required to freeze funds or have reported, or are considering reporting, the transaction to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit.

5.2 In these cases we will act as directed by the competent authorities. UAE law may prevent us from explaining the reason for the delay. We are not liable for any loss caused by complying with these legal obligations.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer, so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. If a chargeback is raised for a service that was delivered or for a refund that was not due under this Policy, we will provide evidence to the card issuer and may suspend further services until the matter is resolved.

Stay Ahead.
